Our purpose is simple. Do great work for our brands, create impactful marketing, and be ethical about it.

The vision is to establish ourselves as the principal and trusted choice for brands while maintaining our startup grit, agility, and customer-driven service.

We work to uphold the highest degree of excellence in all aspects of our service, in line with our Duke's Doctrine:

    This is our foundation, our core, our culmination, upon which our company was created. While our values may shift in priority, integrity remains steadfast as our number one commitment, guiding every decision and action we take.

    Nothing ventured, nothing gained. With creativity, passion, and the urge to be innovative, we find solutions to problems and maybe discover the answer to oldest question in the universe: Doctor who?

    Everyone who enters our doors leaves a better employee, even to the competition. We are all knowledge-seekers, and teaching cements its application.

  • Simplicity

    There must be simplicity to our work and processes; if they are messy, declutter them.

    I had never thought much about advertising until 2016, when I decided to jump into the agency world. My first client was Lazada, and oh boy, did I learn a lot and annoy the hell out of the marketing manager; sorry, Max.

    The experience served as my marketing foundation, rooted in e-commerce – “Yes, it looks cool, but how does it actually affect the business?.”

    I have since enjoyed planning and launching campaigns for brands and expanded from influencer marketing specialisation to other forms, including performance, social media, OOH, production, and website development.

    I assembled this outfit to incorporate the marketing ideology you’ve been reading, with its core, alongside concepts such as campaign innovation, ethical consciousness, value generation, and engagement with crowd culture, as the essential ingredients.
